Apart from the pressure to qualify in the exam and proving themselves to family, neighbours, relatives or every other person who suddenly started to care for them, they are under immense stress to get admission in prestigious institutes in the country.

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) exams are knocking at the door and students are under immense pressure leading to panic. They are confused and scared as to how should they get ready for the exams. Apart from the pressure to qualify in the exam and proving themselves to family, neighbours, relatives or every other person who suddenly started to care for them, they are under immense stress to get admission in prestigious institutes in the country.

At this time of stress, students need to hold on to patience and refrain from going into the panic mode. Before the board exams starting on March 9, students must involve themselves in activities other than studies.

Relax: The first and foremost requirement to perform to the best of your ability in the exam is to stay calm. Panicking will only increase your burden.

Revision: Don’t try to be a computer and feed every unlearn chapter to your mind. Stick to what you already know and focus on chapters you are confident about.

Believe in yourself: Never let yourself down in front of your classmates` preparations, this will only land you in panic and you might forget everything that you have studied.

Attend CBSE counseling: CBSE has launched a portal for tele-counselling of board examinees. Candidates can call on the helpline number mentioned on CBSE website for tele-counselling between 8 AM to 10 PM on all days.

Interact: We know that you feel like a lonely soul during exams but you have to understand this is just an exam and not a sentence. Interact with people, make sure that you meet up your friends once in a while, go for a walk or enjoy some rejuvenating time with family.

At the end! Do remember that your score does not determine your worth. Only life exam restricts you from another chance, any other thing will come and go.
