Men think that taking care of their body is too womanly in nature but that’s not the case. People need to take care of their body regardless of which month or season it is but during winters you need to take extra care of your skin because the weather is harsh and demanding.
Here are few simple tips that will help you beat winter and keep your skin healthy and glowing.
·   Most of the men don’t like to use the bath tools like loofahs and some other items which are more feminine. So, rather than using them, go with the body washes that simply produce lathers easily. Body washes specially designed for men gives the foam simply by the use of hands or a wash cloth.

 ·  Maintaining a good level of hydration from the inside is important all the time, but especially so in winter. What many people forget is that the skin is an organ and that, just like any other organ’s cells, skin cells are primarily made up of water. When cells are dehydrated, the organ doesn’t function as well as it would with lots of water. When winter rolls around it can be tempting to drink warm, cosy drinks like coffee and tea. However, to keep your skin looking, and feeling, it is imperative to remember to drink plenty of water.

 ·  The winter winds are the professional robbers of the skin’s natural moistures. The outside cold wind and inside dry air competitively leaves the skin dry and makes it prone to itchiness and uncomfortable. A high-quality moisturising product will help to retain the skin looking tight and youthful immediately. So, it is recommended to take the help of moisturiser to add shine and moisture to your dry skin.

·  Sunscreen is easy to remember during summers but in the cold and dark days of winter, it`s all too easy to neglect the SPF. Anytime you head outside it is important to remember sun protection. One of the simplest solution is to use a moisturiser that contains SPF 30 or higher.

 ·  Cover your skin which is exposing to the winds. Prefer wearing the thick clothes to generate the heat from within. Wrap your ears and nose with a scarf, wearing a pair of socks and hand gloves makes you feel more warmth.
