The victim was waylaid by the youth and allegedly raped in a field, about 500 metre away from her house. AGRA: A 16-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a youth in Nagla Summair village of Aligarh on Thursday afternoon when she had gone to relieve herself.According to police, the incident occurred around 12:30 pm. However, the accused has not been arrested so far. The girl was sent for medical examination on Friday.Aligarh police has registered a case against the youth Gajendra Singh (19), who hails from the same village, under section 376 (rape) of IPC, Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and under the SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act at Gangiri police station.
