Workers leaving party for DMK has AIADMK leaders worried

AIADMK sources said there had been discontent among workers for quite sometime and that the local leadership did not address the issues and talk to the workers. Party sources said there was a fear of another massive migration towards the DMK when M.K. On January 15, nearly 75 AIADMK sympathisers joined the DMK in the presence of former Minister Pongalur Palanisamy. Those who had left the party to join DMK had been members since MGR’s days and they felt slighted.
