Two suspected death of A (H1N1) influenza at CMCH

Two women, who were reportedly undergoing treatment for A (H1N1) influenza, died at Coimbatore Medical College Hospital (CMCH) on Sunday. As of Sunday, 36 people were undergoing treatment for A (H1N1) influenza at CMCH. CMCH authorities said that the two women died of other reasons and they were yet to confirm whether they were infected with A (H1N1) influenza. The deceased were a 65-year-old woman from Irugur and a 45-year-old woman from Saravanampatty.
