He then approached the CAT seeking relief and initiating contempt proceedings against the AIIMS, Union health ministry and others. After going through available records, CAT chairman Justice (Rtrd) Permod Kohli ordered that the petition for initiating contempt proceedings against alleged violation of the order dated February 3, 2016, would be allowed and the Central government should file a response within four weeks explaining their position.
