GURGAON: The crime units in will now investigate the attacks on Gau Rakshaks in the district, as well as will conduct raids to nab the smugglers. Three gau rakshaks were shot at by beef smugglers in Gurgaon over the weekend in separate incidents.Following the attacks, a meeting was held between the gau rakshaks and Deputy Commissioner of Police (West) Balwan Singh Rana. DCP Crime Balbir Singh will monitor the entire operations, while the ACP Sanjeev Balhara will be the supervising officer. The gaurakshaks expressed their grievances regarding their safety and demanded police presence during such rescue operations.Following this, the matter has been handed over to the crime units. "We have assigned four teams from crime units will now be investigating these raids.
