KTR promises help to bring back body

After promising help to bring back the body from the United States, the Telangana Minister for Information Technology, KT Rama Rao met the family of the 32-year-old Srinivas who died in a racial attack in Kansas. Meanwhile, it is expected that the body of Srinivas might be flown in here on Sunday. “US is a country of immigrants and the situation has changed in the recent years,” he said outside the residence of Mr. Srinivas. After promising help to bring back the body from the United States, the Telangana Minister for Information Technology, KT Rama Rao met the family of the 32-year-old Srinivas who died in a racial attack in Kansas. Meanwhile, it is expected that the body of Srinivas might be flown in here on Sunday. Law-abiding citizen The Minister consoled the family members who informed him that Srinivas was a law-abiding citizen who was legally permitted to work in the country. He expressed grief and shock at the recent attacks on youngsters from the State. “US is a country of immigrants and the situation has changed in the recent years,” he said outside the residence of Mr. Srinivas. “When Vamshi had died we thought that it was a stray incident. But with the latest one, it looks like this is a trend. Before it gets worse, we want the Indian Government to contact the US government and share their concerns.” In a tweet from the Minister’s handle, Mr. Rao said that the family is assured of all assistance from the State Government. Transport Minister, Mahender Reddy also accompanied KTR.
