Little wonder. It is a superb film. This psychological drama set in a little island is one of the best in the genre in Malayalam cinema of recent times. It also boasts a remarkable performance from actor Indrans, as an elderly man with whom his mentally-disturbed grandson comes to stay for a few days. Talking about the film to an enthusiastic audience that had applauded it a few minutes earlier at the Tagore Centenary Hall, Manu said the film was a metaphor for man’s restlessness. Actor Jason Chacko, who portrayed the role of the grandson, spoke about how he was fascinated by the script when he read it for the first time.
