Shiv Sena group leader booked for raping woman in Ulhasnagar

The case registered on Monday night after victim approached police filing case against Mansulkar.Police said they have registered case and after investigation further action will be taken in to matter. A shiv sena leader did not wished to be named said it looks case has been registered deliberately during Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation election period to malign image of the party. Several attempt to contact Mansulkar turned futile as his phone was showing switch off. ULHASNAGAR: The Vithalwadi police has registered rape case against Shubhash Mansulkar group leader of Shiv Sena party in Ulhasnagar Municipal corporation for allegedly raping, a 35-year-old woman in Ulhasnagar.The victim is said to be house wife alleged in her complaint that Mansulkar in name of solving victim family's property dispute called her at home where he forcefully raped her two years ago in January 2015.
