ULHASNAGAR: The Vithalwadi police has registered a rape case against Shubhash Mansulkar, group leader of the Shiv Sena in Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation, for allegedly raping a 35-year-old woman in Ulhasnagar.The victim, said to be a house wife, alleged in her complaint that Mansulkar in name of solving victim family's property dispute called her at home where he forcefully raped her two years ago in January 2015.
