Tailor’s bail plea to be opposed

Vadodara: The anti-corruption bureau (ACB) will file an affidavit opposing the bail plea of Ashok Tailor, an aide of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth's founder Dr Mansukh Shah, on Tuesday.The hearing of the application was deferred last week to Monday as the agency had sought time from the court since the enforcement directorate had also registered a case on March 15.However, it became clear on Monday that the corruption case against Shah will be heard by the principal district and sessions court, while the money laundering case will be heard by the special court in Ahmedabad.On Tuesday, Shah's bail application will also be heard by the same court.
