 Allahabad

Allahabad known as Prayag is the second-oldest city in India, and plays a central role in Hindu scriptures. There are various historic sites which you can visit such as Alfred Park, the Victoria and Thornhill Mayne Memorials, Minto Park, Allahabad Fort, the Ashoka Pillar and Khusro Bagh. Moreover, the place is famous for Triveni Sangam, the confluence of the Ganges, Yamuna and "invisible" Saraswati rivers.

Ayodhya

Ayodhya, notably known for Ram nagri is also called as Saket and it is an ancient city of India. "Ayodhya" is said to derive from the name of King "Ayudh," mentioned in Hindu scriptures as a forefather of Lord Rama. The main attraction of this place is Hanuman Garhi, a massive four-sided fort with circular bastions at each corner and a temple of Hanuman inside. It is situated in the center of town, it is approachable by a flight of 76 steps.

Agra

Agra, situated at the Yamuna river bank and  a  very well known city which offers a numerable tourist attraction places has always drawn the attention of people across overseas. Magnificent Taj Mahal, Agra fort,  Sikandra fort, Chini ka Rauza and number of historical places are the charm of the city.

Lucknow

The city of nawabs, Lucknow is the largest capital city in India.  The city stands at an elevation of approximately 123 metres (404 ft) above sea level and the metropolitan area covers an area of 2,528 square kilometres (976 sq mi). The place has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine and languages. The architecture of Lucknow`s buildings show different styles of architecture with the many iconic buildings built during British and Mughal era.  Bara Imambara in Hussainabad is a colossal edifice built in 1784 by the then Nawab of Lucknow, Asaf-ud-Daula is one of th popul;ar places to visit in Lucknow.

Varanasi

Varanasi, the spiritual capital of India, it is the holiest of the seven sacred cities (Sapta Puri) in Hinduism and Jainism, and played as significant role in the development of Buddhism.  Situated on the banks of the Ganges in the Uttar Pradesh state of North India, 320 kilometres (200 mi) south-east of the state capital, Lucknow, and 121 kilometres (75 mi) east of Allahabad has lot more to offer.

There are notable landmarks to visit such as Ramnagar fort, Jantar mantar along with ghats and temples.
