Railway Recruitment Boards conducts different railway examinations and interviews to fill up more than one lakh vacancies in 2021.
Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Central Railway, Mumbai invites applications for engagement of Apprentices for filling up 2532 vacancies in the designated trades at Workshops/ Units under the Apprentices Act 1961. Eligible Candidates apply online through RRC Central Railway Portal at www.rrccr.com. The last date for registration of online applications is 5th March 2021.

Age Limit:
The candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age as of 01-01-2021.
The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years in the case of SC/ST candidates, 3 years in the case of OBC candidates, and Additional 10 years with Disability.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum 10th class / Matriculation examination passed or its equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks.
Candidates can also possess National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training / State Council for Vocational Training.
Application Fee:
A Non Refundable fee of ? 100/- for General / OBC category candidates.
The fee payment will have to be made online through the payment gateway.
No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women candidates.
Selection Process:
Selection will be on the basis of a merit list prepared in respect of all the candidates.
The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the percentage of marks in Matriculation + ITI Marks in relevant trade.
