'Pyaar Ka Punchanama' and 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety' actress Nushrat Bharucha shares her horrific story of being molested in public.

Recently, she was present at an event in Pune where a fan came too close to her and wrapped his arm around her waist which left the actress stunned.

While Nushrat was too shocked to react, one of her team members promptly jumped to her rescue, shouting at the man and asking him to maintain a distance.

The actress says, “I usually leave the security arrangement to the event organisers. Earlier too, I have had people approach me for selfies and I happily oblige. However, the recent incident has left me shaken. A guy came up to me for a picture and I don’t know if it was intentional, but he put his hand around my waist and came closer. I froze and couldn’t react. Fortunately, my make-up artiste intervened promptly. I don’t want people to misunderstand my friendly nature.”

The actress is so affected by the incident, that she is now planning to hire bouncers.
