Yesterday it was a night to celebrate. Janhvi left her debut film Dhadak’s desi avatar made a red carpet appearance in a beautiful bodycon dress at the Vogue beauty awards. She wore a silver cape gown by Ralph and Russo and exuded the old Hollywood charm hard to replicate. It goes without saying but she looked stunning.

But what caught our attention was something was different; it was her first award show, which she attended as a B-town actress and without Sridevi by her side. When quizzed about the same, she got emotional and said, “It’s a special feeling. But it’s a little weird too because I’m so used to accompanying mom and dad to these things… I always had their hands to hold. So, I don’t know whose hand to hold. This makes us our heart break and respect Janhvi at the same time. Especially with Dhadak still going steady at the box office, we are forced to repeat ourselves– Janhvi has everything that needs to make it big in the bad world of Bollywood. For now, let’s wait and watch her next move from here.
