Amitabh, Abhishek, Karisma; Celebs attend Rajan Nanda’s prayer meet

Celebs including Amitabh Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Babita Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor attended the prayer meet.

Amitabh Bachchan's daughter Shweta Nanda's father-in-law and Nikhil Nanda's father Rajan Nanda passed away on Sunday night post which the Bachchan and Kapoor families got together to bid the parting soul the last goodbye in Delhi.

Rajan Nanda was the husband of Ritu Kapoor, daughter of legendary late Raj Kapoor. Celebs including Amitabh Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Babita Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor attended the prayer meet.

But apart from this what caught our attention was ex-lover Abhishek Bachchan and Karisma Kapoor who came face to face after years. However the duo were not snapped talking or interacting but them being present under one roof was surprising in itself. Take a look at the pictures

Meanwhile, Amitabh, who flew from Bulgaria to Delhi, penned a post on his blog about it. "The messages of condolences are greatly and humbly acknowledged. They speak of your affection and concern. They convey the spirit and love of the extended family," read his post.

Rajan Nanda is survived by his wife and their two children – Nikhil and Natasha Nanda. The prayer meet was held at Taj Palace.
