Do not wash your face for more than two to three times. People with dry skin loose Natural Moisturising Factor (NMF) making your skin look dry and dull. For oily skin people, washing would make your oil glands (sebaceous glands) go into an overdrive and produce more oil.

Choose the right make up

Rubbing ice cubes on face slows down sweating and won’t let your make-up get patchy. Use water-proof mascara and eye-liners, and transfer-resist lipsticks. This is let the make up last long.

Facial Yoga

Puff your mouth with air and play with the air ball between the cheeks in your mouth from one cheek to the other, five times. Release air while making a small “O”. Keep repeating the exercise three-four times to keep your cheeks firm.
