3. End by gently pressing your knuckles into your temples.
4. Repeat four times.

Firms Cheeks

Steps:
1. Take a deep breath.
2. Puff your breath from cheek to cheek. Hold for 5 seconds.
3. Release and repeat four more times.

Remove Eye Bags

Steps:
1. Place your index and middle finger in a V formation at the end of your brow and on your cheekbone.
2. Pull as much as you can until you can feel a stretch in your eye area.
3. Hold for five seconds and repeat two more times.  

Benefit: Get rids of crow`s feet, puffiness and eyebags. 

Eye Lift

Steps:
1. Press your shoulders down and lift one arm straight up. Drop that arm over your head to place your fingertips on your temple.
2. Gently press down with your fingertips to lift your face up and back. Then drop your head over to your shoulder, keeping your chest open.
3. Hold and breathe out slowly.
4. Repeat on the other side. 

Benefits: Lifts drooping eyelids and sagging skin, smooths the nasolabial folds.
