Summers are here and fragrances are everywhere in the market to help unwanted body odour victims. Though excessive sweat is not the only reason of body odour, there could be some infection and even skin irritation from fragrances. So, what are the best ways to stay away from health hazards and body odour both?

Try below-mentioned ways to stay healthy and smell free.

Hand made or Antibacterial soap:

Since its too hot and sticky, you must use an antibacterial soap or shower gel during summers. This will help beat bacterias, dust particles and also helps to lessen the foul smell. Take advice from your dermatologist to select the soap as per your body type.

Shower twice a day:

Yes, we all want to do it during summers but who has the time? No, this excuse will not work as you know it`s always better to take precautions than cure. Water will wipe away the sweat from your body leaving it refreshing and hydrated.

Go raw:

Fried food or spicy food can also be a major reason behind extreme sweating which turns into body odour after a short while. Summers offer a wide variety of veggies, eat them raw. I.e- carrot, mint, cucumber, Turnips

Lemon:

Lemon juice is great for treating body odour. The acidic property of lemon juice helps lower the skin’s pH level, which in turn makes it difficult for odour-producing bacteria to survive.

Wear the right stuff:

Don`t wear clothes made of nylon or synthetic stuff as they retain sweat. Wear loose, comfortable cotton clothes that help evaporate sweat.

Remove unwanted hair:

Heavy hair growth tends to generate more sweat and even make it difficult to dry. Remove your unwanted hair with tested products.
