As the first and initial step discard all the negativity around you. Everything and everybody that makes you feel low, sad or disheartened, just block it. Focus on all the good things that had happened to you. Focus your thoughts on good quality and adopt things you love to it, like writing, dancing, singing or playing a musical instrument.

Socializing with people will help you overcome your isolation and meeting with close friends will lift up your spirits too.
Resting your body is absolutely essential. You need to empty your brains with negative thoughts and let it rest for some time. The next morning when you’ll wake up you’ll be fresh with positive thoughts. Make a sleeping schedule and stick to it. Initially, it might seem difficult, but ultimately it`s for your own good.
Sweating will help you flush out toxins from your body. Exercising helps to relieve stress which will ultimately make you feel great. It will make you feel energetic and boost your self-esteem. You will meet new people, listen to new experience and will light on emotional basis. To get both emotionally and physically strong try gym or yoga sessions.
Eating good food will make you feel good. Eat healthy foods rich in omega-3 content like salmon or other sea food, which are good in nutrition basis and helps to fight depression. Experts say that healthy food uplifts your mood, making you feel good.
It’s you and your will power which will take you out of depression. If you’re adamant about it, there’s nobody stopping you. And in case you are not able to manage it on your own, there’s no harm talking to a therapist or expert.
