Paratnhas loaded with butter
Paranthas are the most common breakfast in India. A number of people start their day with different kinds of paranths pairing it up with ghee, butter, curd and so on. But Introspecting, it might not be the healthiest option. An ideal breakfast is a mix of proteins, carbs, fibre and healthy fats. Nevertheless, you can make paranthas healthy, by choosing multigrain flour and if you cannot resist butter, choose the home-made ghee.
Haven’t you fought with your mother for a pav bhaji in your breakfast, lunch or dinner? Well, it is not really that healthy as it may seem. Butter dripping pav and butter loaded bhaji can be injurious to health in the long run. But if you really love the dish, choose whole wheat bread instead of white bread pav.
