Amazon Corporate Holdings and Amazon.com.Inc have invested Rs. 2,310 crore, Tofler’s, business intelligence platform, financial data Amazon Singapore has put in a significant share of funds that is Rs.2,309.8 crores. These funds will provide more arsenals to Amazon in India. Amazon has been keen in investing in infrastructure and enhancing consumer and seller experience.

In tha start of this year, Jeff Bezos had announced investment of Rs.7000 crore to bring small and medium businesses on the online platform. India is the most important market for Amazon with lots of growing future prospects.

The board of directors of Amazon Seller Services passed the resolution at the meeting on 25 th June, 2020. The board of Amazon Seller has already passed a resolution earlier in January to allot Rs. 2,208 crore to Amazon Corporate Holding and Amazon.com.Inc.

Therefore, Amazon has also been infusing money in its other entities in India. However, it also incorporating Amazon Pay and Wholesale business.
