Everybody has oversea vacations on their bucket list, but have you wondered that these long vacay plans can be spoiled if you have to face jet lag. Yes, you heard that right. That daunting experience when you have reached your favorite holiday spot and you cannot enjoy this little devil doesn’t let you.

But still, there are ways you can limit their impact on our moods and our bodies. Here are some tips that can help.

Don`t be sleep deprived

This is a very common scenario that you’re so excited about your holiday plan that sleep takes a backseat. And in the course of excitement people absolutely forget to rest themselves. And that is something they regret later. For when you are tired and sleep tires, jet lags hot you hard.

Don`t get drunk

It’s fun to be with your kind of people, have a little booze and be frolic. But wait, you’re gonna board a flight and that little drink you had can play with your bowls. You may  feel pukish all through the journey and may also feel dehydrated. So save yourself from all the nasty stuff and be a good lad.

Be plane ride

Yes, airport look exists and they are overrated. Don’t fall for it and be as comfy as you could. Wear a loose short pyjama a super comfy t-shirt, for you have to be vacay ready. Your sick face won’t look good in the pictures, right?

Try scheduling your journey during daytime

Your body-clock might tell you it`s time for bed, but if the day is bright and sunny when you land, you might be able to adjust your body out of sleep mode and brim up a super excited mood. Tiring yourself throughout the day will help you fall asleep in the night even if your body clock is inverted.

Take medical aid

Prevention is definitely better than cure. Consult your doctor and get some meds that may help you to not dose out and be absolutely fit and fine and have the best time, enjoying to the fullest.
