Tendulkar, cricketing world reacts to Pants special knock

The cricket fans have love/hate relationship with the Indian Premier League, many love the extravagant league and some hate the fact that glamour and money has become primary while the game is now secondary, similarly many argue that domestic cricket has faded away but one thing is for sure is that IPL has provided a platform for youngster to perform in big stage where they face international quality cricket.

There has been numerous occasion where players performed well in the tournament and got a chance to play in the national team like Jadeja, Pandya or Buvaneshwar Kumar to name a few.

Likewise, on Thursday the nation witnessed another youngster balling in the league, producing one of the best T20 performance, courtesy of 19-year-old Rishabh Pant, who tormented the Gujarat Lions, smashing a 43-ball 97 to help the Delhi Daredevils pick-up a crucial point and continue their march for a chance to qualify for the playoffs.
