Staff Selection Commission to fill 140000 posts by March 2021

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) chairman Braj Raj Sharma called on DoNER minister Jitendra Singh in New Delhi on Friday. Sharma apprised Singh that SSC will fill about 1,40,000 vacancies in Group-B & C for various ministries/departments and offices by March 2021. “Both gazetted and non-gazetted posts, besides non-technical posts will be filled up in a phased manner,” Sharma said. “The commission is likely to declare results for filling up of about additional 85,000 posts,” Sharma further added. He further said that additional 40,000 vacancies are likely to be filled up by SSC from July 2020 to March 2021.

He further said that additional 40,000 vacancies are likely to be filled up by SSC from July 2020 to March 2021.
