AGRA: Aligarh police on Wednesday unearthed an illegal arms manufacturing factory in Dori Nagar, under the jurisdiction of Gandhipark police station, and seized six country made pistols along with live cartridges, raw material and machines for making illegal weapons.According to police, the information about the illegal factory came from two youths, who were arrested with illegal country made pistols, from Kamela crossing.The suspects, Sanjay Sharma from Aligarh and Shiva Chauhan from Gorakhpur , during interrogation revealed that they had been making “tamancha” (country made pistol) with the help of three other persons.On the basis of the information provided by them police raided the factory, which was being run at one Rahul Sharma’s house and arrested two persons, Gopal Sharma and Sumit Sharma.However, Rahul Sharma managed to flee.
