AGRA: The body of a five-year-old boy, who had been missing since Saturday, was found on the top of the Govardhan hill near his house on Tuesday. He said a case under section 302 (murder) of IPC has been registered against the accused and further investigations are on. An autopsy report will clear the doubts, said police.The deceased was identified as Keshav Kumar (5). The police have arrested the boy's neighbour, Puran (26) on the basis of a complaint filed by his parents.The boy’s family members alleged that the victim was sexually assaulted since the body was found without clothes, but police claimed that no injury marks were found on the private parts of the boy. His father, Ram Gopal, a labourer living in Jatipura, told police that his son went to buy a toffee from a shop, which is just 200 meter away from the house on Saturday around 11am but never came back.They searched for him till the evening but when they could not find him, they filed a ‘missing’ report at Govardhan police station.Govardhan SHO Vinod Kumar told TOI that the body was found naked and prima facie, it seems that the killer hit the boy with some stone as the right side of his head bore injury marks.
