AGRA: Local residents of Mathura woke up on Friday morning to find an Automatic Teller Machine ( ATM ) missing from the National Highway branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC). The machine was stocked with Rs 3.3 lakh. On September 10 this year, unidentified miscreants fled with an ATM from the premises of Canara Bank’s Akrabad branch in Aligarh. The entire machine had been carried off by miscreants, who are yet to be identified, the previous night.
