Agra: A drunk man, Arvind, allegedly shot dead his nephew, Krishna (18), a class X student, on Thursday night in Hathras after he tried to stop him from beating up his aunt, Seema. Two of them have been arrested while three are on the run.Talking to mediapersons, Krishna’s cousin, Lucky said Arvind took out his rifle and opened fire. “He killed my brother in front of me and then beat all of us with sticks,” he said.Hathras ASP, Siddharta Verma said the licensed rifle which was used has been seized by police. The accused also sustained injuries in the scuffle and was admitted to hospital in a critical condition.A case has been registered against six people for murder, attempt to murder and other sections of the IPC.
