Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also attended the PM’s video conferencing session in the city.The PM said that ahead of elections, the Congress tries to develop an “ecosystem of lies”. He added, “Their leaders repeat lies 100 times thinking that people would believe them as truth. But in the end, only truth wins.”Replying to a question of civic body sanitation worker, Rajesh Valmiki, who asked how to ‘tackle’ Congress party’s allegations against the government, PM Modi said, “When elections were going on in Delhi, they spread news about church attacks and intolerance. The moment elections were over, intolerance was over.”He also said, “In Bihar, they said Modi is going to remove reservation. And the Constitution is in danger. The ecosystem of lies again failed to bring political gains.”“Then there was an award wapsi gang. I asked the government (colleagues), what did we get back? Only see it in papers, what money did we get? No one returned money. After elections, they go back and sleep. Their lies don’t have much of a shelf life, but they keep stretching it,” PM said.Addressing the gathering, CM Adityanath said, “Every responsible citizen is a ‘chowkidar’. Anybody who is working with dedication and integrity possess key traits of a ‘chowkidar’. The spirit of a ‘chowkidar’ among common people is essential for the nation’s progress.”
