4 men get life for killing Aligarh biker gang leader in 2016

AGRA: Aligarh Additional District and Sessions Judge 8 Ashok Bhartendu has sentenced four men, including Sajal Chaudhary, leader of a biker gang, to life imprisonment for murdering a rival gang leader, Sharad Goswami, during a shootout in 2016. The court had found them guilty last Tuesday, and the quantum of punishment was pronounced on Saturday. According to ADGC Amar Singh Tomar, "A case in various sections of the IPC was lodged at Quarsi police station on March 3, 2016. Sharad Goswami was shot dead by five men and their associates at Shubham Samagam Guest House while attending a wedding, injuring two bystanders. A total of 11 accused were charged, with one dying during the trial, one fugitive, four sentenced to life imprisonment, and five acquitted of murder charges.
