Mathura violence: Despite bail, Ram Vriksha Yadav's son Vikas to stay behind bars

Mathura violence +AGRA: Despite being granted bail,'s main accused Ram Vriksha Yadav 's son, Vivek Yadav , will have to stay behind bars as his family members have expressed inability to deposit the bail amount of Rs five lakh in cash.Speaking to TOI, petitioner's lawyer LK Gautam said they would file a revision petition before the district judge, as the "strict conditions of depositing cash" in the order cannot be fulfilled. He claimed that his brother is innocent and he had gone to Jawahar Bagh to meet his father when the violence occurred.He also claimed that his father was innocent and was fighting "Imandari Ki ladai" (fighting a battle for honesty).Meanwhile, lawyer LK Gautam said, Harnath, an associate of Ram Vriksha Yadav, who was dubbed as the person who had identified Ram Vriksha Yadav's body, has denied having done so. He said he was the only earning member in the family at present and stays with his mother, sister, wife and children in Gazipur.He said that a poor man cannot pay such a huge amount.
