AGRA: The Supreme Court has ordered the transfer of the trial of sensational murder of PhD student outside UP. Richpal Sharma, who retired from the Army as Honorary Subedar Major, said their life had changed with this single incident. He was arrested again on May 13, 2016 and his bail plea was rejected by a court in Agra on May 24 last year. "It's been three years since the trial started but justice still eludes us", he said. Richpal Sharma, who was shifted to Delhi from Agra last year, told TOI that the SC order was issued on Thursday. He said he had filed the plea for the transfer of the case, as he feared denial of justice due to the influential background of the accused, Uday Swaroop.
