He added that special hospitality arrangements will be made for the young NRGs. The minister was addressing the media on Wednesday. He said, "Gujarat has a diverse, rich and ancient heritage of its culture, architect, arts, music, literature.Young NRGs want to explore this but they did not have systematic exposure to do so before. Here, we launch the special scheme, named Gujarat Paribhraman Yojana in which the young NRGs in group can travel across the state and would know and learn many things about their home state." "Under this scheme, two batches of 25 members in the age group of 18 to 26 years would come to Gujarat twice in a year and will visit different places in the state for ten days. the government will provide them with all the facilities. This will bring them close to their roots and they can follow the traditions of their origins," Jadeja added. The government will provide facilities like transportation, lodging and boarding to the young NRGs during their trip. Visits to the giant industrial projects, leading education institutes will be organised and the youth will get an opportunity to converse with different groups of people like merchants, industrialists, artisans, literary people, historians and other social leaders during their trip. The minister also added that the Gujarati youth, from foreign nations, who were almost detached from their roots would get to learn Gujarati language and dialects, cooking Gujarati cuisine, dance forms like Garba and Ras, handicrafts and others. The Gujarati (community) based in different countries will be roped in by the Gujarat government to push the young NRGs to visit the state.
