Death of 3 workers: Engineer, contractor supervisor in dock

"We have filed a case of negligence against the site engineer, labour contractor and site supervisor and other persons.FSL has collected samples. Satellite police has filed complaint against the site engineer, labour contractor and site supervisor after three persons died and five persons were injured after the earth caved in at the Cloud 9 construction site near Rani of Jhansi statue on Thursday.PSI S S Chaudhry filed a case under Sections 304A (causing death by negligence) and 114 (abettor present when offence is committed) of the Indian Penal Code against the persons responsible for the incident.As per the complaint, there was no retainer wall at the construction site.
