A 36-year-old man has lodged a complaint with the Cyber cell police on December 14, stating that the webpage he had created for his finance company has been hacked. The police have arrested a 47-year-old man from Naroda. Parasmal Shah, a resident of Shahibaug, who runs Jain Finserve Private Limited, had created a webpage on google map. Shah told police that someone hacked his webpage around two months ago and began contacting his clients using the name of Jain Finserve. While interrogating the accused, Satishkumar, aka Shivam Dave, cops found that he too is a businessman. Police said Dave was looking for online financial companies where he came across Jain Finserve. The accused also confessed that he edited the page and the owner's phone number, e-mail etc. on the page. Also, he gained access to the customers, whom he duped by saying that the loan processing fee is Rs5,000. Using the same modus operandi he duped around 5 to 6 people before getting arrested.
