PM Modi began his speech in Gujarati and apologised to the workers for not meeting them during his earlier visit. "Earlier I came to meet 'Maa Narmada'. I am always glad to meet you and am grateful to see all of you here today," PM Modi said in Gujarati before switching to Hindi for his address.
