Gujarat Polls: Hardik says Cong assures Patidar quota

Barely less than a month left for the Gujarat elections to go, political activities have gained momentum in the state. Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti (PAAS) Hardik Patel has informed that the Congress in state has agreed to give quotas to Patidars if it comes to power in the upcoming elections which were also one of the pre-conditions of the PAAS to support the Congress in the polls.

Patel alleged the BJP was participating in "horse-trading" as it fears it will be defeated. Hardik said, his party hasn`t asked for any tickets and underlined that he himself will not contest from any party for the next two-and-a-half years or join any political party.
