ALLAHABAD: Ahead of Kumbh 2019, the tourism department will hold conclaves titled ‘Vaicharik Kumbh’ (Kumbh of ideas) in five cities on topics ranging from women power to environment.While ‘Youth for Kumbh’ will be held at Lucknow, ‘Women power and Kumbh’ would be held at Vrindawan (Mathura). Similarly, theme for Prayag ‘Vaicharik Kumbh’ would be ‘Kumbh, a symbol of coherence between environment, nature and Indian lifestyle’. We are making constant efforts to connect with more and more people in different parts of the state ahead of Kumbh and brief them about its importance,” said Srivastava adding that religious, religious and spiritual organisations are keen to participate in the event.Officials said that the concept of holding ‘Vaicharik Kumbh’ is to generate new ideas and ensure people’s participation. The conclaves will be hosted in five cities in October and November.”He added that Lucknow University, Allahabad University, Agra University, Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and Awadh University would be knowledge partners for the ‘Vaicharik Kumbh’.“The aim behind holding ‘Vaicharik Kumbh’ is to apprise the masses about the scientific, religious and social aspects associated with the Kumbh and the Indian society.
