ALLAHABAD: Chaos ensued in Karchana in Allahabad for over an hour, on Sunday, after Samajwadi Party members led by party MP Reoti Raman Singh tried to formally inaugurate a railway overbridge (ROB) ahead of its scheduled inauguration by PM Narendra Modi in November. "The planning and construction of the ROB started during the SP regime. Their demand was for public so we will forward their request to the departments concerned." Why doesn't PM Modi take credit for his real achievements like increasing unemployment, rising prices of fuel and essential commodities, the sinking value of rupee, a complicated Goods and Services Tax regime and trying to pit communities against each other," said SP MP Reoti Raman Singh.SDM (Karchana) Arpit Gupta, said, "The MP has been assured that the ROB would be opened for public only after obtaining a clearance from UPBCL and the railway department.
