ALLAHABAD: Chaos ensued in Karchana in Allahabad for over an hour, on Sunday, after Samajwadi Party members led by party MP Reoti Raman Singh tried to formally inaugurate a railway overbridge (ROB) ahead of its scheduled inauguration by PM Narendra Modi in November. "The planning and construction of the ROB started during the SP regime. Their demand was for public so we will forward their request to the departments concerned."
