Kumbh will be organized in January 2019 in Allahabad. ALLAHABAD: The Allahabad high court on Monday took note of the allotment of land in Allahabad's Kumbh Mela area by Mela authorities, and directed them to produce the provisions in this regard.Hearing a petition filed by Satya Om Sidhashram Samiti of Bulandshahr , a division bench comprising Justice Pradeep Kumar Singh Baghel and Justice Prakash Padia summoned the allotment of land policy and fixed December 20 as the next date of hearing.The petitioner has alleged mismanagement in allotment of mela land for the forthcoming Kumbh 2019.According to the petitioner, the society is working for welfare of public at large and moved an application for allotment of land in Kumbh mela which has not been entertained by the Mela authorities.The court, therefore, asked the Mela authorities to produce relevant provisions/policy in respect of Kumbh mela land.
