Allahabad high court refuses to quash FIR against Deoria man

Therefore, it cannot be said, at this stage, that the FIR discloses no cognizable offence.The court after hearing concerned parties dismissed the petition while giving liberty to the petitioner to file bail application before the court below in accordance with law.
