A man was arrested on Thursday after he kidnapped a 15-month old boy. He pressured the toddler father to get his girlfriend back , who got eloped with boy maternal uncle. The accused Nanhe and another accused Dildar arrested after 42 hours of kidnapping.
A man was arrested on Thursday after he kidnapped a 15-month old boy. He pressured the toddler father to get his girlfriend back , who got eloped with boy maternal uncle. The accused Nanhe and another accused Dildar arrested after 42 hours of kidnapping.
Police said, Mansoor Ali father of 15 month old boy named Jishan, filed his complain in Kareli police on Tuesday. His distant relative Nanhe visited his house and kidnapped his son.
Police also stated this Nanhe had allegedly told Mansoor that Jishan’s maternal uncle Salman had eloped with his girlfriend. He threatened to kill the boy if Salman didn’t bring back his girlfriend. The case was filed under sections 363 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code was lodged against Nanhe and Dildar.
Police traced the captors’ location near Kareli area based on an informer’s tip-off. The boy was rescued within 42 hours of the case being registered and the accused were arrested.
