Acting on the information, the police nabbed Bharat Bhushan who told the police that the medicines were prepared by Rajiv Bhardwaj and Rajan Bhardwaj. Bharat Bhushan had taken Rs 5,000 as his commission for providing the same. SSP Parampal Singh, while confirming the development, said Rajan Bhardwaj was arrested while his brother Rajiv Bhardwaj, who owns the firm, was absconding. Following the interrogation of Karandeep, the police found that he had procured the 40,000 tablets for Rs 50,000 from Bharat Bhushan, an employee of the firm. Karandeep was caught with a huge quantity of intoxicants near Khurmaniya village on July 3.
