Tribune News ServiceAmritsar, July 6Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) is planning to slash the rates of parking ticket for the students at the two new parking lots being constructed at both entry gates. The parking lots will house the vehicles of the students who wish to use bicycles on the university premises. We plan to slash the rates of parking ticket for students at the two lots being constructed at both entry gates. Prof Karanjeet Singh Kahlon, Registrar, GNDU, said “The university is well aware of the financial stress on students. Similarly, the monthly pass for two-wheelers will be reduced from Rs 50 to Rs 25 and for four-wheelers it will be reduced from Rs 100 to Rs 75,” he said.
