Amritsar, July 10A farmer leader was booked for allegedly molesting his niece here on Monday. The accused has been identified as Sarwan Pandher, a resident of Johal Pandher village. The girl said thereafter, she escaped from the house and went to her female friend’s house at Rupowali village. Pandher said, “The police have implicated me in a false case as we have been fighting against the government for farmers and labourers. The 20-year-victim told the police that her uncle resides in her house and on June 25, when she was alone in the house, he molested her.
