CHANDIGARH: Punjab minister Navjot Singh Sidhu , who addressed 79 back-to-back rallies as a star campaigner of the Congress for 17 days, hailed his party’s victory in three states on Monday and said it would prove to be a precursor to the general elections next year.Party sources said Sidhu campaigned in high-stakes seats where the balance could have swung either way — towards the Congress or the BJP.
