Cops carried own weapons too: SIT tells court

When Sikhs came out to protest the incident and things were about to go out of hand, police fired and killed two protesters, Krishan Bhagwan Singh and Gurjit Singh.Though the defence claimed that Sharma had been in police custody for eight days, the prosecution lawyer claimed that investigations had been on for three years and all records had to be placed on record.
