BATHINDA: The assistant returning officer (ARO) of Mansa issued two notices to Punjab Ekta Party (PEP) leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira on Tuesday for violation of the model code of conduct.The first notice was issued to Khaira for not taking permission for his party's road show on Monday and defacing public property by pasting banners and posters on poles of the municipal council (MC) without any permission.Khaira has been asked to reply in two days or a case will be recommended against him.
